Positive: The location is right on the beach, was able to see the sunset. Beautiful location, quiet. There is a small lift that was great, no taking luggage up and down the stairs. Has a washing machine that was wonderful to use and a hanging rack on the balcony that was easy to use as well. There is not enough furniture for a whole family to be comfortable as there is only one couch and a table and chairs in the living area. My son and I were not there very often and we sat on the balcony admiring the view most of the time.
Negative: The bed was not the most comfortable.
