Positive: A wonderful and warm welcome from Barbara who also gave us great tips that helped us discover new places in Parma despite this being our third trip! The apartment has big spacious bedrooms and all amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. There is one ac unit in the foyer and we found that it was enough to keep the apartment cool enough. Barbara provided everything in the apartment that we could need for our visit. The shutters mean you do not get woken by light in the morning. Location wise you can find every kind of shop and restaurant within a 5 minute walk and you are very close (10 min walk) to the old part of town.

Negative: There isn't a sitting room to sit in all together but that's fine because we spent most of our time in the beautiful city of Parma. At the end of the day it is an apartment building so there will be some noise from neighbours above you but nothing that kept us up or woke us up.
