Positive: The check-in is contactless. There is a lockbox on the left side of the door. We have received the code before the arrival. It is the first time I have seen a properly made sign for exit and the fire extinguisher in the apartment. So plus points. And the first aid kit was a good touch. The view is nice.
Negative: I am afraid I have more to write in this column. The apartment was not very pleasantly smelling. The heating through air-conditioning is extremely loud. The furniture remembers the 2000s. Every piece is different and it is more like a storage room than a vacation apartment. The sheets on the bed are small, it was constantly moving during the sleep and the mattress looked more like having a plague. Stains everywhere. There wasn't any wardrobe upstairs or hangers. The bedroom downstairs was very claustrophobic. I have tripped on the "carpeted" stairs. It is very dangerous, especially for older people, the fall could be fatal and it definitely needs fixing. The cleanliness could be better but on the other hand you can't make magic. You work with what you have as a cleaner. We stayed one night and decided to leave early due to a health emergency and uncomfortable stay. The neighbours were a bit loud folk.
