Summary: My partner, his cousin and her partner stayed here for two nights and loved it! We had a couple of issues opening the pdf with the instructions the day before staying but on the day of check in, I called the number provided and immediately obtained the code to open the door plus it was sent to me in a text as well. The house was cute and clean. It had the basics in the shower/bathroom and kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and the back room had a door to a little back porched that I loved. The house had great AC (very important, it was in the 90s the whole time we were in Austin). We were able to walk to a few breweries (loved Lazarus) and bars. One of the nights we also were able to scooter from the river all the way to the house. It was in a somewhat quiet neighborhood, so that was nice too. If we ever need a place to stay in Austin again, I would definitely consider this house again!
