Positive: Walk to beach, lake, cafe and restaurant.
Negative: The lounge is too far from the TV. Rearranging furniture is an easy fix. The garage is not accessible as the angle of entry suits a Fiat Bambino! Sliding doors off lounge need new wheels and too heavy to open.
