Positive: Easy to find, and extremely well appointed. The whole space was modern and comfortable and very clean. It was nice to find an arrival booklet which was full of useful things to know (as opposed to the 'book of rules' one sometimes finds!). Everything was exactly as described and this was an excellent base from which to access Alton Towers (a 13 minute drive).
Negative: It was all great - nothing to add here.
