Positive: It appears that Best Western is not consistent with all locations. We stayed at the one at Okemos Mich and it was superb. Dewitt was unclean, building and property not well maintained. This will affect my future consideration for Best Western in future as you don't know what you will get .
Negative: Not consistent between stores.
