Step inside this newly renovated villa with luxurious hickory hardwood floors. This villa boast two large bedrooms with walk in closets. The master bedroom also has an office/reading area. The master bedroom bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, his and hers sinks. Second bedroom bathroom with shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. The living room has a leather queen sleeper sofa to accommodate another couple or children. A very warm fireplace, a beautiful 8 person seating dinning room and fully stocked kitchen. There is a nice multi purpose/seating area that leads to the terrace that is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There is also a place to grill on the outdoor courtyard on the property. Everything in Biltmore village is within walking distance from shops to multiple high end restaurants, deli/bakery a place to grab a burger/pub or taqueria. You can also enjoy all Asheville has to offer such as night life down town, wine tours, ghost tours, multiple breweries, to visiting The Omni Grove Park Inn for dinner their piano bar or spa.
