One the ground floor the living area is open plan with a modern, ultra-glossy kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is a lawn garden at the front and back as well as a decked sitting area and the bonus of a shared hot tub (the owner can arrange times for exclusive use once there), off road parking for up to three cars. Within walking distance is the Knightor Winery & Restaurant and St Austell offers excellent wet weather alternatives including a cinema, ten pin bowling and indoor children's adventure centre.
