3 Bedroom House in Lockeford

Riverbend is located in Lockeford on the Mokelumne River. This property is on 5 acres with another 5 acre home site adjacent to it. It is surrounded by an Alberino vineyard and lots of wildlife. This cozy two story house has breathtaking views of the river. The 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room and kitchen are all located on the first floor. The great room, laundry and 1/2 bath are downstairs. There is a basketball court on the property and if you love the water, you could spend the afternoon floating down the river.
We also have a on-site groundskeeper/tenant and we live just 10 minutes away, so we will be available to address any issues that may come up in a timely manner
This home enforces a - NO PETS/NO Parties policy - as much as we love our fur babies, we do not allow others. It is a working ranch so our dogs visit often and are not fond of 4 legged visitors :)

Summary: Came for a family reunion. The family ended up wanting the pictures taken at this property because of how beautiful of a place it was! Me and my family of 5 fit perfectly! Enough space for teenagers to have their own space and enough space to come all together as well! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!Communication with the owners was great too! I texted when I had any questions! Fast responses! Thanks again! You’ve made family happy you haven’t seen each other in years!
