Casa Beatrice is set 900 feet above sea level built in a rock outcropping, built in 1840-2020.

The ochre house is nestled in 100 year old pine trees overlooking Rosamarina lake and Caccamo, a 10 century town in the mountainside. Sounds of sheep and cow bells are heard throughout the valley of Pergola, while farms, wheat fields and ancient olive trees dot this peaceful serene countryside.

The Main house has 4 bedrooms, and we are constantly told by anyone who stays in the house because of its thick stone walls from 1840, that they have had the best sleep they have ever had.

Two bedrooms are on the first floor are Bella’s yellow room with a queen bed and the Salon room with a king bed and a fireplace. Both rooms have French doors that lead out onto the Roman Stone terrace. And can be closed for a full black out room.
There is a full bathroom on the first floor.

The Living room, kitchen and dining room table are all on the 1st floor. This is a big open room, great for gathering the family, cooking and watching a movie on the projector. There is also a outdoor grill adjacent to this room for cooking your world famous Caccamo Sausage.

Upstairs there is the Master bedroom with a king bed and views of the valley.
Next door is the Red Room that is cozy and quiet that has either a king bed or two single beds, you choose. (Just let me know ahead of time)

Outside of the main house are two separate bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.
The Garden room has a king bed, glass wall with views of the valley and a new secret garden in the back.
La Grotta suite has a queen bed, kitchen, full bathroom with a tub and glass walls with views and total black out curtains.

The house is surrounded by ancient Roman stones we brought over from Pulia and gardens, for vegetables, herbs and flowers. Stairs will lead you to the pools and the outdoor shower.
One small pool is for lounging and kids. The bigger plunge pool is for swimming. All pools are salt water.

There is excellent wifi throughout the whole property.
