Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very cozy and beautifully decorated in a traditional Venetian style, which added a lot to the atmosphere. Everything was comfortable, and we especially liked the heated toilet seat a small but very nice detail. The inner courtyard was quiet, so there was no disturbing noise and we could relax properly. Overall, everything looked just like in the photos on the website and fully met our expectations. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was that when we expected to arrive late, we were told there would be an additional fee for late check-in. This was unexpected for us. In the end, we didn’t have to pay it because our flight was rescheduled and we checked in the next morning. Apart from that, everything was fine and we really enjoyed our stay.
