Positive: The location is amazing, the beach and pool very nice. Shallow water at beach for swimming. Very nice service at Palapas and in restaurant.
Negative: Because you are using Booking.com and booking through a condo owner, you are not a guest of the hotel. Sometimes there can be some confusion with staff. Any needs must be messaged to condo owner, staff on property cannot be the point of contact. The condo owner responds very promptly and is accommodating. The staff at hotel and in restaurant very friendly. Lots of security on grounds and beach. Safe location
