Positive: History buffs would love this place! Amazing location. Extremely private coastal maine location.
Negative: The ability to have longer showers and/ or more frequent ones. Small water tank in old home limited hot water. But their was great hot water and water pressure.
Summary: We loved watching the tides coming in and going out in our Adirondack chairs.
