Summary: The property is in a safe convenient area with ample parking. We had a problem with the a/c upon check in and the fridge was off. Within 75 minutes, maintenance was on the phone and had it fixed within 4 hours, so we felt taken care of. If you are looking for a place to lay your head this place would be fine, but if you are looking for comfort and cleanliness there could be some improvements. Sheets were not on one bed all the way, sheets were on sideways and had pilling and holes in them on King bed, no hand soap in some baths and no toiletries provided. The ceiling fans had 1/4 inch of dust on the blades and filters need to be changed. Very minimal kitchen items. No 9x13 pan, no pod coffee maker and no crock pot. There was 1 knife and no utensils to cook, so had to go buy them. Dishes in the cabinet were oily and the coffee mugs were dirty. Backyard gate broke. Bath non slip mat and shower liner were black.
