*** Location --> 15 mins from Newark International Airport. A 4 minute walk to Hudson-Bergen Lightrail. Provides quick access to throughout Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, Weehawken, Port Imperial. Easy commute to NYC.
*** Transportation --> 2-5 minute walk to bus service. Minutes Path train, and NY Waterway Ferry Service.
*** Neighborhood --> beautiful, safe urban neighborhood. Plenty of parking as well. Many great restaurants and attractions nearby. Jersey City was named the most diverse city in the US. You'll find great food of just about any culture.

*** Things to keep in mind:
The front of hallway features garbage shed which is also utilized by other tenants.
Homeowners have access to backyard which they may use from time to time. While guests do not have access to the backyard they are able to utilize the side hallway where a table, chairs and bench are provided.
