Walkerton also has nice riverside walking trails. The Saugeen river is well known for being a good tubing or canoe route. Lots of parking and launch sites.
If ATVing is your thing, you are welcome to park your ATV trailer in are spacious yard and either road run or trailer to the rail trail maintained for ATVs which is only a quarter concession away. There is a good parking area there for a truck and trailer.
