Tucked away on the ocean side of Bayside Drive lies this exquisite 3-bedroom rear unit steps away from the sand. This property is nestled in the center of the Corona Del Mar area in Newport Beach, California. The location allows guests to walk easily to grocery stores, great restaurants and entertaining nightlife.
The back unit home offers five unique outdoor areas and an advantageous floor plan. The first level consists of a grand entrance with a Dutch door and a bedroom ensuite opening to a large sunlit patio. The secondary bedroom, guest bathroom, and main living areas are located on the second level among a living room with fireplace and generous balcony; a spacious kitchen with ample cabinetry, granite counters, double oven, built-in microwave and refrigerator and viewing balcony. French doors from the dining area lead to the large deck, perfect for alfresco meals. This level has a massive, open feeling. The third floor encompasses the master bedroom with soaring ceilings, walk-in closet, and bathroom featuring bath tub, separate shower, and dual sinks with vanity. A huge deck with outdoor fireplace is located off of the master suite with guest access from the stair-top. The property includes full access to WIFI and cable Tv. An X-Box gaming system is located in the downstairs bedroom perfect for kids. Kitchen is fully stocked and the house is ready for entertaining.
