Positive: I really liked the close location to the sea! The beach is a minute walk away, which makes your vacation much easier. I also liked that the house has enough space for a large family or company. Very friendly owner, it's easy to find a common language.
Negative: The house was not quite ready for occupancy. There was quite a bit of dust, greasy dishes and very dirty floors (with small children this made our arrival difficult and took time to clean) . We also had to go without hot water for a day, as no one checked it before we moved in. But at our request, the owner fixed the problem the problem the next day. Please note that the pool is shared with the guests of the complex, and not private, as stated in the advertisement. The playground is also not on the premises of the house. The price is unreasonable high, the bedrooms are very hot.
