Positive: Location was good. Main beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils you'd need. Instructions to access the apartment were clear. Appreciate the sofa bed being made for our arrival. Hairdryer provided.
Negative: The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable and not possibly to get a good night sleep on. The TV remote rarely worked and when it did the TV wasn't connected to an aerial so you couldn't watch anything! Was pointless having one! Kettle has never been descaled and bathroom could have done with a sweep. Also took well over 48 hours to get deposit back and was only refunded after having to remind them it had been 72 hours. The main entrance and hallway to the apartment was quite disgusting and well in need of some tidying up. The door handle to the apartment fell off making it difficult to lock and open the door.
Summary: OK apartment but wouldn't use again unfortunately.
