It has been fully renovated and restored with hardwood floors, granite countertops and an open floor plan to the kitchen. There is lake access to enjoy swimming, fishing, three kayaks, a canoe, a sailboat and a stand up paddle board. Games such as corn hole, can jam, croquet, bocci, chess, badminton and volleyball are supplied. Enjoy a three mile walk around the lake or challenge yourself to a fitness trail (parcourse) consisting of several exercise stations. There is a gas grill on the deck along with a full functioning kitchen. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, full size bed in the loft and a queen size pull out sofa in the family room.
