Negative: The area wasn't great, and it was bigger up far too much as being luxury and chic. The reality is that its a converted living room in an ordinary house that's been converted to small apartments, in a decidedly average area, not near the beach. The description raises expectations way higher than the actual experience will ever be. Oversold, and overpriced.
