Accommodation This charming, two bedroom, garden apartment is located in the quiet, historic mews, right in the heart of Perth's cultural quarter. The apartment boasts a private, furnished, courtyard garden in a calm setting only minutes from Perth Concert Hall, Theatre & Museum. The property comprises of two double bedrooms; one of which has an en-suite bathroom, there is also a family shower room. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. And a separate dining area off the lounge, with glass door out to the rear garden. The spacious lounge has double aspect windows overlooking the courtyard garden.
Area Blackfriars Mews is a 2-minute walk to Perth High Street with a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Perth Concert Hall hosts a range of musicians, artists and comedians, the newly refurbished Perth Theatre is also the home of Perth's much-loved pantomime during the festive season and for movie lovers, there's Perth Playhouse (cinema) with IMAX. 25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity) unless otherwise stated on the individual property adverts. Fair usage policy applies. Cancellation Policy
Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.
