Welcome to Costa Bella Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, a challenging 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, putt-putt golf, restaurant and so much more!
Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village
The space
we just remodeled everything on the sea cottage. It has new furniture , new floors, new bathrooms and new appliances But it does not have a washer and dryer in the sea cottage. LIV does have a community washer and dryer location by the pool. If you go to longislandvillage.com it will show you pictures of the gym, pool, golf course, etc.

Summary: The duplex was lovely and so clean. We enjoyed the LIV amenities and the quiet community. Beds were so comfortable and neighbors were welcoming. Definitely stay here for a restful retreat off the beach, while still getting the ocean community vibes.
