The “Casa de Castel Rei” (carefully restored farm house) is located in the north of Portugal, on the edge of a green valley overlooking the Citânia de Briteiros (set of ruins of an important settlement inhabited for over 2000 years). Located at the far end of the village, it brings together unique conditions for family holidays with all the tranquility. In the village has small supermarkets, confectionery, restaurant and pharmacy. Summary: Delightful, characterful property in amazing grounds and setting. Stayed with are 2 children and their partners and made great use of the facilities - everything you could wish for in the kitchen, fabulous lounge area (always nice and cool), so many areas for al fresco dining … the list goes on!
