Bring the family and stay in this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. The Primary Bedrooms hosts a King Size Bed, Private Full Bathroom, Large Screen Smart TV, and Gulf Front Balcony Access. The Guest Bedroom boasts a Queen Size Bed, a Smart TV, access to the full Guest Bath, and a view of the Gorgeous Little Lagoon. Need more sleeping area? The Living Area contains a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a Large Smart TV, and Gulf Front Balcony Access. Step out onto this large Balcony, sit a while on the provided comfy furniture and look for the Dolphins to swim by every morning and evening. Also provided is a large laundry room with a Full-size Washer & Dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked, even has a provided k-cup coffee machine, and ready to whip up a fantastic meal for the Family.

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased anywhere with a cash register here. Also, there are vendors that sets up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*Per the building HOA: Only guests staying in the building are allowed to use the amenities and parking. No visitors will be allowed at the complex, pools, etc.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
* Monthly Bookings are from November to March. CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate**
