Positive: We had a wonderful stay and the experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms and the entire property are beautifully maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. The food was excellent, but what really made the difference were the people. Denisa went out of her way to understand what we were looking for. We wanted to experience the quiet, wild side of the Delta rather than the usual tourist routes. She found a local guide who shared our passion for nature, and we spent hours slowly exploring hidden canals, watching birds, water lilies and the beautiful landscapes. It was exactly the kind of experience we had hoped for. Everyone was friendly, discreet and genuinely helpful. We never felt like customers, but like welcomed guests. We would gladly come back.
