Summary: This was a great location for me -- totally walkable from the train station if you want to and not in the heart of tourist district so it was QUIET at night. Easy walking to all the sights, including San Zeno but also easy to get to busses if you're not as ambulatory. Viviana could not have made check-in easier -- very good directions and a great system for entry and exit. The room looked brand new, there was hanging space and drawers, good space in room, fridge, good sized bathroom, clean clean clean. Oh, and AIR CONDITIONING. (Didn't need in October but ..) Breakfast was also an added bonus.
