The beautiful villa is located in a quiet hillside with sea views, about 7 minutes walk from the center of Calasetta. The nearest beach is within walking distance on a private road in about 10 minutes, by car in 5 minutes. The fine sandy beach of the Spiaggia Salina, which falls gently into the crystal clear water, is ideal for small children. All three bedrooms have air conditioning that cools down on hot days. In addition to the two full bathrooms, visitors can enjoy an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
