Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Close to the beach. Parking spaces available. 2 bathrooms (1 at the bedroom). Another one has both shower and a bath. Very nice dining room and balcony with sea view. Beds were good. There was some little train passing the street. Possibly it's free and goes to the tram station. So i guess you can reach the place just by public transport. I would definetely recommend and would stay myself again.
Negative: Some notes for possible improvements. The benches at dining room are about to break soon. Can't hold the weigjt of several adults. Need to fix. If you have heavy luggage could be hard to lift to the 3rd floor on small staircase. But no issues for us. Bathroom doors do not close. Need keys. Bedrooms have no AC, could be hot at night. Good that fans were available and made it bearable.
Summary: Great place near beach with parking.
