Positive: Very safe, close to the shops, quiet and the owners are really caring as in they communicate well on time and where always available.
Negative: Cleaning a bit more throughly would be great. The place is clean to an extent and it could be better.
Summary: I will highly recommend this place especially for those that are looking for convenience, safety and comfort.
