Positive: The hotel is located at he stone's throw from the tram and Marmarey stations, as well as from the Eminonu pier, which makes it a perfect place for your stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the food was delicious, but what we enjoyed and loved the most was the staff and the energy and the atmosphere of the place. The kindness, the generosity, the fantastic sense of humour, the famous Turkish hospitality represented in Bayram Ali, Ferit and other people who were responsible for making our stay as memorable as possible, exceeded our expectations. We didn't feel like guests, we felt as if we were members of the family.
