Positive: The apartment had AC in all rooms, including the kitchen, which was a huge plus during summer. The price was good compared to other places in Nice, and being close to the airport made arrival and departure easy. Staff responded quickly and tried to be helpful.
Negative: Check-in was a bit inconvenient, having to pick up the keys at a different location and walk about 10 minutes to the apartment. Cleaning wasn’t up to standard — floors were sticky, glasses were dirty, and the bedsheets didn’t fit properly. One outdoor chair was broken and the other felt unstable. The location is close to the airport but far from the city center, though the tram connection helped.
Summary: Good value near the airport, but needs better upkeep
