Positive: Good facilities, washer & dryer were perfect for my stay, a kitchen where you can cook if needed and the location is ok, as it is 10 min by bike from city center. Easy to access, no key required and the host sent an email to check in the first day I was there. Found that very thoughtful but no response to the feedback after.
Negative: The oven was dirty, the shower support was broken and the worst were THE RATS IN THE WALLS AND CEILINGS. I woke up in the middle of the night by some weird noises from above me, initially I thought there is a cat/dog playing, but soon I realized 1. There is no floor above me 2. there were rats/mices running around like having their own system of highways from the ceiling to the walls.
