Summary: We had a great stay, the house was clean and check in was so easy. The AC kept the house cool during the day, the beds were so comfortable, it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy beach access right up the road. The only complaints I have is there was no toilet paper in the house when we checked in, no wash rags, the Tv in the back was broken and there was a rotten board by the front door my son stepped through, luckily he wasn’t hurt, just had a few bruises and a splinter. And the owners communication is lacking, I let them know the day we got to the house about the TV and the day my son stepped through the rotten board, we’ve been home a week and still have not received any messages or emails back. I know it sounds like a lot but we truly had fun and would honestly rent this house again.
