Sommerbeschreibung: Für Wanderer und Spaziergänger gibt es eine große Zahl an Wandermöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe für Halb- und Ganztagestouren, z.B. von Vorauf nach Siegsdorf, Bad Adelholzen, Maria Eck, das Gebiet am Unternberg mit Sessellift, schönen Almwanderungen und Flugzentrum für Gleitschirmflieger, Erlebniswanderungen in Inzell, Bergen, Besuch bei Bio-Bauern, Erlebnisnachmittage für Kinder beim Hochfelln, Naturerlebnis mit Vogelbeobachtung am Chiemsee, Pflanzenwanderungen. Die Fahrt mit einem Leihboot, eine romantische Abendfahrt um die Herreninsel und Einkehr auf der Fraueninsel (auf den Spuren König Ludwig II) oder mit dem Linienschiff über den Chiemsee ist bestimmt ein Erlebnis. Das nächste Familienbad liegt an der Traun in Siegsdorf, außerdem können sie im Chiemsee oder im Waginger See baden. Winterbeschreibung: Die Wintersportgebiete Ruhpolding (ca. 11km) und Winkelmoosalm (ca. 30km und besonders schneesicher) sind mit einem PKW leicht erreichbar. Loipen mit verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsgraden und Lifte mit Übungsmöglichkeiten für Anfänger finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe und in der weiteren Umgebung. Besonders reizvolle und schneesichere Loipen befinden sich in Reit im Winkl in ca. 35km Entfernung. In unserem Ferienpark können Sie eine Sauna mit kleinem Schwimmbad gegen Bezahlung des Eintritts (privater Betreiber) benutzen.
