With accommodation all on one level, our pretty little semi-detached cottage's provide a great spot for a relaxing holiday near the coast.
Conveniently set in a quiet location between Looe and Polperro, our beautifully-presented semi-detached holiday cottage's are on a level plot in a small complex of 12 similar properties which share a heated, outdoor swimming pool. Surrounded by pretty, communal gardens and well-maintained grounds, They are just 1.5 miles from the coast and the scenic cove at Talland Bay. The village of Pelynt is about a mile away and has a well-stocked village store, as well as The Jubilee Inn which serves fine ales and good food.
An ideal base from which to explore the spectacular coast and the countryside, the beautiful Bodmin Moor can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car, and the famous Eden Project is a similar distance away.
Set overlooking the heated swimming pool, Hedgehog's Home provides a comfortable place to relax away from the bustle of the busy coastal towns but close enough to enjoy what the area has to offer.

Swimming pool:
The outdoor, heated pool is shared between the 12 cottages and is available from 1st May to 30th September. This is an un-manned pool and guests are responsible for their own safety. No children under 4.5 years allowed in the pool area.
Garden & parking:
Allocated parking for 1 car. Additional visitor car parking spaces also available, Beautifully-maintained communal gardens with garden furniture together with swimming pool use.
Changeover Day:
Thursdays and Fridays in the summer- arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am. Variable days other times of year.
Power and Heat:
Electricity included in rent; electric heating and additional convector heaters.
Bedding and Linen:

Pillows & duvets included; bed linen provided. Bathroom and Pool Towels Included.
Baby Equipment:
Children over 2 years welcome, however no children under 4.5 years allowed in the pool area.
