Summary: The first thing to be clear is that this is student accommodation, in student halls. That said, it was very clean, fresh bedding & access to the kitchen facilities in the block, take your own tea, coffee & milk though. Towels are provided and the rooms have an en-suite. There is a shop on site and a cafe so you don’t have to go far for essentials. It’s suitably located for access to Penryn & Falmouth but unless you like a long walk then a car is a must but there is also a bus stop on site. It’s cheap & cheerful and does the job, just don’t expect the Ritz. I would definitely use it again
