Positive: we were concerned that it would be hard to get to after a fresh snow or heavy rain, as the road to it was steep and unpaved

Negative: maybe the drawers and cabinets could have been labeled, so we wouldn't have had to search for kitchen and dining room needs

Summary: excellent place for a large family ski weekend
