Fall in love with this romantic accommodation located in the heart of nature, where you'll find the peace and quiet you need to unwind while still enjoying all the amenities. It's a 5-minute walk from the village of Gaianes, a 20-minute drive from the city of Alcoy, famous for its Moors and Christians Festival, and a 25-minute drive from Ontinyent.

The caravan is located on the same plot as our house, and you can use the barbecue and pool.
The pool fee is 2 euros per person per day.

Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas, but be careful not to burn anything.
Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.
Please be careful with the entire accommodation and all items used.
Pets are welcome, as long as you are responsible, respect the rules of coexistence, and ask before booking.
If they do their business on the property, you are responsible for picking them up.
Keep them on a leash, and keep an eye on them so they don't break anything, don't make holes, and know how to behave.

It is located near the town and has almost 4,000 square meters of land in total. The lower plot consists of olive groves and a vegetable garden in spring and summer.
The upper plot contains our house, the pool, the storage room with a full bathroom, and the caravan.
The caravan weighs 750 kg and measures approximately 8 square meters inside, plus the awning measures approximately 10 square meters. It has storage space under the beds, consisting of two double bunk beds measuring 1.35 m each, a closet with three shelves, the last of which can be removed for hanging items, and small cabinets above for storing anything you need.
It has a gas stove, sink, dining area, air conditioning, and a TV.
In front is the awning, where the living room is located. It's a perfect place to enjoy and relax or work!
Outside, there's a table with four chairs and a garden umbrella to enjoy the outdoors whenever you want, especially at night in the spring and summer, when it's always nice.
Next to the awning is an outdoor kitchen with a two-burner gas stove, a large refrigerator with freezer, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker, and coffee makers.
About 8 meters in front of the caravan is the full, private bathroom just for you. There's also a sink for washing dishes, so you can wash some clothes by hand if you need to.
You have complete privacy both inside the caravan and in the awning.
The washing machine is inside our house, but I'll be happy to use it for you whenever you need it.
The distance from our house to the caravan will be about 10 meters.
