Positive: The staff is unbelievably helpful, professional and courteous. Sanjay is the best concierge I have seen in any hotel. They went above and beyond to help us with luggage. Suggested outings and restaurants. They made our stay special. There was even a social hour where we met some very interesting people!!
Summary: Could not ask for a better place to stay while in Paris!
