Located in a neighborhood which borders the gorgeous, park-like northern border of the Matanzas River, the home is convenient to dozens of restaurants and stores and just a short drive from historic St. Augustine and the beach! The large kitchen and living area provide plenty of space and seating for everyone! Enjoy a private heated saltwater pool, fire pit, and gas grill for the perfect family vacation.
***Note: The pool heater season is from November 1st - April 15th. Pool heat is available upon request. Pool heat must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Please inquire for pool heat fees.
