Positive: The room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful views of Chesil beach.
Negative: The rooms are a little tired and the linen (towels) could do with replacing as they are yellow rather than white. Found this along with the bathrobes in the luxury package a little off putting. The tv control in our room was so worn you could not work out how to control the tv.
