Positive: Maybe we didn't read the advertisement correctly, but we were unaware we were renting a room in a house. However the gentleman who greeted us was exceptional. Very polite and accommodating
Negative: Cleanliness was a little underwhelming In the communal areas, but the bed room was lovely.
