Summary: The bed was too tall to get into. I had to use the ottoman the first night and go buy a step stool for the rest of my stay. The nught desk clerk just shrugged her shoulders. She didn't care at all. Also, even though my reservation was for a handicapped room she said no, none available and put me in a regular room. After I put up a great fuss she finally took me to a handicapped room, but even though I was struggling with my luggage did not offer to help. I was in tears from the pain! I was there 4 nights. I understand the sheets weren't getting changed, but the trash was only taken out ONE day. The bed made ONE day. Towels replaced ONE day. That is ridiculous!!!! Also, no place to plug in my cell phone. I had the cable, but there was no port anywhere in the room. I had to go to Walmart and buy a plug adapter. Every time I asked about issues at the front desk and I was told was that they were waiting on the remodel next year. Well, that doesn't help the guests right now.
