Positive: Our first time to eat in the hotel restaurant. All in all, it was good. My wife's egg selection came out cooked incorrectly but she's not one to send things back, My skillet was awfully dry. I'd recommend adding green chili over the top to sauce it up a little. The restaurant was very nice and would consider eating there again.
Negative: Answered this in the previous question. Oh, the room heating/cooling unit was a little hard to control and make the room comfortable. First too cool, then to warm. Kind of back and forth both nights.
Summary: Our 2nd time to the Riverton Holiday Inn in 2025. Will stay there again if we go in 2026.
