Set on the beautiful south-facing slopes of a rural farm, the Farmhouse is the largest property at Balmeadowside, creating the perfect country retreat for larger groups. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private patio, explore our site and say hello to our resident furry friends, take some time out in the evening to dine al-fresco in our neighbouring towns or gaze at the stars from your gently bubbling hot tub.
Sleeping up to 8, choose from 4 spacious, beautifully designed bedrooms, two of which feature super-king size beds alongside two smartly dressed twin rooms all of which boast ensuite bathrooms.
The ground floor benefits from a large open plan fully fitted kitchen with range cooker and dishwasher, dining and living room, equipped with wood burning stove, TV and DVD player, perfect for cosying up with family and friends. The Farmhouse also benefits from a utility room with a washing machine for added convenience, alongside a large games room with more casual seating, a pool table and a TV. The games room opens out onto a private patio featuring that all important hot tub. A spacious superking bedroom finalises the ground floor with ensuite shower room.
Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, a very spacious master bedroom with superking bed and ensuite bathroom followed by two smart ensuite twin bedrooms.
With plenty to do, guests can enjoy the farm walks, check out facilities on-site such as children's play area or visit the local area. Spend the morning checking out the coastal towns around St Andrews, indulge in a world famous Jannettas ice cream, or take a trip to East Pier Smokehouse for fresh seafood (St.Monans).

All bookings made for our larger properties are subject to our Group Terms. Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25.
