Indulge yourself in the peace and tranquility of this brand new 2 bedroom beach front condo. Azul Condominiums is located on the sandy beaches of Bucerias, just 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta Airport. Relax on comfortable balcony furniture and take in the stunningly beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. Palm trees, deserted beaches, manicured gardens, an infinity pool, and glorious sunsets -- as well as kite surfing and all of the water activities the Bay of Banderas has to offer -- await your enjoyment.
Azul is a secure gated community of 46 privately owned condos. The building is gorgeous, and features a beautiful heated pool, a BBQ area, landscaped gardens, gym, and direct beachfront access. The gated access and 24 hour security ensure that your stay is both safe and comfortable. Parking is available on premises.
Inside, enjoy over 1400 square feet of spacious open living, with brand new sleek modern furniture, Wifi internet, flat screen TV, DVD player, and all the necessary kitchen items. The unit has a state of the art water filtration system, so you can feel safe drinking water right from the tap.
Large sliding doors in the master bedroom and living room open out to a 26’ balcony overlooking the infinity pool and ocean. You can see all the way to the La Cruz marina on one side, and in the other direction, Puerto Vallarta. The master suite has a king size bed with an adjoining fully equipped handicap accessible bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds (which can be converted to a king bed) and an attached bathroom suite.
Azul is located within walking distance of everything Bucerias has to offer. Five-star restaurants, boutique artisan shops, traditional Mexican dancing and music in the “Zocolo” (or square), and great music venues of Latin Jazz are just some of the local activities waiting for you. There are also classes to participate in, including Mexican cooking classes, Spanish classes, painting and mosaic classes, and yoga. La Cruz, the next town over, has a weekly Sunday Market that should not be missed.
The staff at Azul are more than happy to arrange transportation for you right in front of our building. The wait for a taxi is less than 5 minutes.

Summary: A beautiful property with friendly residents in the complex. The security and grounds staff were exceptional.. Pristine pool and wonderful beach with easy access. We appreciated the pool and beach accessories. Close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was well stocked with necessities, but is a little tired and in need of a few upgrades and repairs. Poor lighting, limited tv after a few requests were made, dresser drawers are broken and asked to be careful with air conditioning use as could be charged extra for electricity. We couldn’t light the BBQ and the lighter was empty. Maid service for stays longer than 7 days did not happen. The information about the condo needs to be updated as some services listed were no longer available. Pleased to have a washing machine and good wifi. All in all it was a great 10 days in spite of the few glitches.
