Summary: We stayed in a deluxe family room which was supposedly meant to be quite nice in the new bit. The room was spacious but very run down, the carpet was like old underlay, the beds not great quality. There was only one small window in the room that opened, all night we were so hot. No fan in the room. The window literally overlooked another brick wall building. It was not worth the £200 that we paid. No fridge or even complimentary biscuit in the room. The room smelt too, very mouldy. The key to open the door was tough to use. The parking was stressful, no space in the car park which was difficult with kids. I ended up parking in the overflow car park which I struggled to initially find, this was so small too. I didn’t like the walk from the overflow card park to the hotel with children, it was quite isolated. Breakfast was very basic but ok. Just overall not worth it for what we paid.
