Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Reception was polite and helpful in answering my questions despite the language barrier. The hotel is the best location you can get as it is right on the main shopping street and the castle/old Kars are only 15 mins by walk.

Negative: If you are sensitive to noise, keep in mind that this hotel is in the loudest part of the city so it may not be ideal for you in that case. Some very minor cleanliness issues such as a rotten grape in the corner of the room lol.
